How much will I have to pay in delivery charges?
• Delivery within the United Kingdom costs £2.99 per order. Delivery is free for orders
over £50.
• Delivery to the rest of Europe costs £4.99 per order.
• Delivery to the United States of America, Canada, Australia and New
Zealand costs £6.99 for all orders.
• Orders that exceed 10 items (UK) and 5 items (Europe/ROW) may be subject to additional delivery charges.
• For delivery to all other countries please contact us for a price.
What are your delivery times?
• All goods sent to customers within the UK will be dispatched via a Royal
Mail service. LoveMyBaby aims to deliver all goods within 3-5 days, however please
allow an extra few days for delivery during peak times such as sale periods, Christmas
and high seasons.
• We will email you confirmation of your order and a dispatch confirmation
email. If you have chosen express delivery your tracking number will be included.
• If your order is urgent please mention so in the Comments box of Your
Basket and we will endeavour to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.
• You will be contacted by email if there is to be any delay in fulfilling
your order.
• We cannot provide any specific time or day with this method.
• Next Day Delivery: If your parcel is urgent please select ‘Next
Day’ in the delivery options at the checkout. The charge for this service
is £6.00. Please note that your order must be received before 12.00pm for
next day delivery.
What is your Returns policy?
• If you wish to return any purchased item please send to:

• We ask that you email any intention to return items and any faults using our
contact form within
48 hours of receiving the goods. We will then email you instructions.
• Without proof of postage when returning goods we are unable to provide
credit or a refund. Therefore, we recommend that you return any goods by Royal Mail
Special or Recorded delivery. If any item is lost in the post we will not bear liability.
• All returned items must be returned within 7 days for a full refund.
After 7 days we are only able to offer an exchange.
• If the item returned is found to be faulty we will refund you the original
cost of the item and delivery cost. However, if you simply wish to return the item
we will refund you the cost of the item but no delivery costs (provided the item
is still in its original condition).
How are your items packaged?
• LoveMyBaby is committed to minimising its environmental impact on the
planet. Therefore, all items are packaged, where possible, in recycled or reused
packaging.
• We are pleased to offer a FREE Gift Wrapping service. To choose this
option please select the ‘Gift Wrapping’ option at the checkout. Gift
wrapped clothing is wrapped in recycled tissue paper and fastened with a special
LoveMyBaby sticker.
• We can also package your present in a beautiful ribbon tied keepsake
box for only £4.50 making it a truly luxury gift.
• If your item is being sent to a different address, we can also include
a handwritten card with your own personal message – please use the ‘Include
A Message’ option at the checkout to include the wording that you require.
What are your payment conditions?
• LoveMyBaby customers can pay via our secure online payment facility
or PayPal. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Delta,
Switch/Maestro, Solo and Electron. Please note that we cannot accept any credit
cards which are due to expire within five days. Payment is accepted in Pounds Sterling
(£). For all other currencies, including US Dollars ($), please pay via the
PayPal option in the checkout section.
• If you order via our online facility you have the legal right to cancel
your order (if not dispatched) and to return your goods within seven days of receipt
of purchase provided that the item is still in its packaging and in the same condition
that it left LoveMyBaby. However, we cannot accept certain returned items such as
underwear for hygiene reasons.
• All payments will be debited at the time of placing your order. Any
items we do not have in stock and you are not happy to wait for will be refunded
back to the original card the order was debited from. In such cases we will contact
you to advise you of the situation.
• It takes approximately 7-10 days to process returned goods. Your refund
will be placed into the account/card that you placed the original order with. We
cannot refund to a different card or account.
